Former Clark Enterprises executive elected to lead Montgomery County's economic development board

Jennifer Hsin, a University of Maryland lecturer who spent more than 20 years at Bethesda-based Clark Enterprises, has been elected chair of the Montgomery County Economic Development Corp. board, completing a leadership overhaul at the county's official business-recruitment organization.
